sumptuous decor crispy linen honesty bar
this hotel is gorgeous, i tell you! decor is so sumptuous. beds? outrageously comfy with the crispiest linen. i really got into trouble at the honesty bar, lol!

The air conditioning worked well. It maintained a consistent temperature. the location provided easy access to nearby bars and restaurants just outside the door.

location good, comfort lacking
awkward tv placement insufficient power outlets
The tv placement in the club double room made it almost unwatchable. i had only two accessible power outlets, not enough to charge my devices. furthermore, the noise from the hallway really bothered me. Each time a door closed, my room seemed to shake. it became difficult to relax or concentrate.

I particularly appreciated the central location, near many theatres. The bacon sandwiches delivered to my room each morning were a nice touch (especially on a busy schedule!).

The room was noisy. Every door shut in the hallway caused my room to shake, and the noise was deafening!!!

a little basic, but okay
lovely staff older features tight room missing amenities
the location of the hotel is pretty good. it's close to everything. the staffs, i found they were lovely people, always happy to help. the older features and decor were nice and gave the place character.
the hotel room felt a little tight. i had to squeeze past the bed to get to the bathroom. there was also no iron or ironing board in the room, and i needed one for my shirts.

Historical Charm in a Prime Location
olde worlde decor helpful staff ideal location
The decor had an old world feel and winding corridors featured furnishing items of interest. All staff members were very kind and helpful. The situation was ideal with eateries only moments away from the premises.
The hotel room floor was noticeably slanted, so it was difficult to walk inside. The room itself was also quite cramped for two people with luggage. There was no elevator to reach the higher floors.

This hotel is in a very lively area, but the extra glazed windows block exterior noise. The location is excellent with many theaters, restaurants, and cocktail bars nearby. The building is in the heart of the city.

The staff was friendly, efficient, and ready to assist with any needs. Staff members were accommodating, so luggage storage on arrival and departure was not a problem. I found the team members to be polite.
